What is Yoga?
It is a form of mediation and physical exercise designed thousands of years ago to put your body and mind at peace and help you concentrate on your inner thoughts. It was originally developed by Hindu ascetics in India and has since been adopted in the western world as a form of exercise, relaxation and muscle strengthening exercise.
It is by all means one of the best exercise systems all around, because it brings together both physical and mental aspects in one. It allows for the person to experience the sense of being in an higher state of mind and at the same time burn calories, stretch out muscles and improve your overall health.
