The importance of eating breakfast

This is going to a be a short one.
Eating breakfast is extremely important if you want to lose weight. It provides energy for your body to function and it ensures that you do not store any extra food you consume as fat for later use. Remember if you skip it you body will assume that you are starving and it willl begin the slow process of storing fat (read energy) for later consumption. If you continually forget or chose not to eat breakfast, you will begin gaining weight faster.
Not eating breakfast also leaves you with less energy for the day, so may begin to feel tired all the time, or lose concentration quickly. Even when you are still young you will begin to feel the effects of not eating breakfast. So remember it is extremely important to eat a good healthy breakfast.
