iFitness App for the iphone can be thought of as a workout encyclopedia. It is a collection over 200 exercises, all with photos and easy to follow instructions.
Without further adue, here is our review of this iPhone app:
User Interface

Exercises
Featuring a simple, clean user interface, iFitness cuts out the unnecessary clutter polluting many iPhone apps these days. Its easy to navigate menu provides a concise way to get the different sections of iFitness quickly. A nice feature that included in iFitness has entry screens tailored for each exercise.
Ecyclopedia

Exercise List
On the Exercises screen, you can browse by categories organized according to muscle group. You can also search for an exercise by individual muscle, or browse the list in its entirety alphabetically.

How To
Click on the exercise will take you directly the screen showing how to perform the exercise, with clear, easy to understand instructions.

Routines
The Routines section is especially handy. It provides simple routines you could follow while doing your exercises. Routines for people who are not able to get to the gym, full body work outs, or strength building exercises demonstrate how you can achieve your fitness goals no matter how many excuses you might have. These preset routines are a good starting point for beginners, for more advanced users there is an option to create custom workouts in the My Workouts screen.
To sum up, it does almost everything you would need it to do. It allows you to prepare my workout exercises in advance (stretches and weights). Easy output that can be viewed for tracking your progress.
